As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience with us. Here are some important updates and tips to help you plan your holiday orders:
Order Early for Preferred Delivery/Collection Slots
To secure your preferred delivery or collection slot, please place your orders up to 7 days in advance. This will help us manage the high demand and ensure timely deliveries.
Online Order Cut-off Times
Starting from Friday, 20th December, online orders will close at 10pm for next-day delivery, unless already at capacity/filled. Please make sure to place your orders before this time to avoid any inconvenience.
Seafood and Platter Orders
All seafood and platter orders need to be placed by Thursday, 19th December. This will allow us to prepare and deliver your fresh and delicious holiday meals on time.
In-Store Collection
We will be offering in-store collection orders on Sunday, 22nd December from our Pasadena location. This is in addition to our normal weekend delivery and collection orders, including from Frewville.
Limited Deliveries on Christmas Eve
To ensure all orders are received before stores close, we will be doing very limited deliveries on Tuesday, 24th December. Please plan accordingly to avoid any last-minute rush.
